We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
The Senior Manager, Movement Building, will oversee the WE Vote. WE Rise! Program and emerging campaigns for Women Engaged. This person will work with Executive Leadership to create cross-movement partnerships and develop ongoing issue, legislative, and civic engagement campaigns. They are responsible for drafting campaign goals and ensuring we meet and exceed the goals of each campaign.
The salary for this position is $100,000 - $110,000.
Digital Communications Specialist - $70,000 - $80,000
The ideal candidate will bring a robust digital skillset and graphic design skills. They will oversee and grow our website’s online reach through digital mediums, including our social media channels, website properties, and creative digital assets such as video, graphics, and other creative. This position is perfect for someone excited about helping execute engagement programs.
The salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000
The ideal candidate enjoys supporting strong leaders by being highly organized, dedicated, and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This person is a proactive leader committed to social justice, advocacy, and positive change.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
The Voter Engagement Database Coordinator will bring together the necessary elements to ensure that canvassers and volunteers have what they need to execute volunteer shifts effectively, digitally, and on the ground. This person will maintain our contact database and ensure contacts received by our organization are uploaded and routinely contacted during campaigns and other organizational events/actions. They will assist the Senior Manager of Movement Building to help inform strategy by conducting ongoing research into the political landscape of the areas we serve. Additionally, they will assist with event logistics and preparing documents for training staff, community, canvassers, and volunteers on various areas of interest.
The salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
